*Due to Covid-19, most of our ministries have been put on hold (Youth, Kids, Seniors, Ladies, Men, Sunday school). However, we plan to start them back again in the near future as we learn to do ministry in this new normal (as of 02/04/2021).
Outreach to Our Community
The most prominent ministry in our church is outreach. This includes our Summer of Champions Sports Camp, Champions of Children Back2School Bash, Most Egg-cellent Family Day and Egg Hunt, Fall Festival, HS Football Chaplaincy, Our Daily Bread Emergency Food Pantry, and many other opportunities throughout the year. Our Outreach Ministry is headed up by Pastor Angie Shirah.
Our youth classes meet on Wednesday night at 6:30 PM. Pastor Angie Shirah heads up our middle/high school youth class. This is an opportunity for middle and high school students to connect with Christ along with their peers.
Each Sunday our kids get in the Word, sing praises and have a blast in kids church. Our Children’s Church is headed up by Becky Thompson and her daughter, Amy Thompson. They lead with a loving heart to nurture our children in the ways of our Lord Jesus.
Every Sunday we offer a Sunday School class for all ages at 10:00 AM. This gives our members a deeper look into God’s Word as they seek to grow in their faith.
Our church is blessed to have a wonderful worship team led by Ramon and Breanna Abreu. Ramon and Breanna have been involved in music ministry for many years, and they are led by God’s Spirit as they lead us in worship every week along with a wonderful team of singers, musicians and sound/media volunteers.
On the third Friday of each month, our seniors load up on the church van and head to a great eatery here in the West Central GA area. It is always a time of fun and great food.
Our men are led by Greg Singleton. Throughout the year, our men come together for activities to encourage our men in their Christian walk.
Our multi-leadership ministry team works together to equp our ladies for His service. It is our desire to see that the the women of our church not only be ministered to, but to be His hands and feet as they minister to the needs of other women and young girls of our community.
